This contemporary kitchen brings together strong architectural lines, warm timber flooring and a carefully balanced palette of dark cabinetry and soft, light worktops. Designed by Daniel Cafferty, the scheme makes excellent use of an open plan setting, creating a sociable kitchen that connects naturally with the dining and living areas.
The generous peninsular sits at the heart of the room, providing plenty of space for preparation, cooking and relaxed seating. It also creates an inviting place for family and friends to gather, while the open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the rest of the home.
Look out for
- Novus Artstone Dark cabinetry
- 20mm polished quartz composite worktops in Diore Arezzo
- Generous island with seating for four
- Neff ovens, induction hob and American style fridge freezer
- Abode sink with Quooker tap
A beautifully balanced contemporary kitchen where dark textured cabinetry, light polished quartz and warm natural tones come together to create a space made for cooking, gathering and enjoying life at home.
The Novus Artstone Dark cabinetry gives this kitchen a sleek, contemporary character, with its rich tone and subtle texture adding depth to the scheme. Set against the quartz worktops in Diore Arezzo, the darker cabinetry is beautifully balanced by a lighter, brighter surface. The generous island creates a strong focal point in the room, with seating for four making it an inviting spot for everything from morning coffee to evening drinks with friends.
Practical details have been carefully considered throughout the design. The Neff appliances are integrated neatly into the cabinetry, including the ovens and induction hob, keeping the overall look clean and cohesive while providing everything needed for everyday cooking. An American style fridge freezer offers generous capacity, while the Abode sink and Quooker tap add both style and convenience. Together, the finishes, appliances and thoughtful details create a calm, well considered kitchen that feels as good to live with as it looks.
Clever storage and finishing touches
Designed by Daniel, this kitchen was all about bringing together strong contemporary finishes with a warm, welcoming feel. The generous island became the natural focal point, giving the family a practical place to cook, eat and spend time together.
