Is design, fitting and project management included?
Because we sell ex-display kitchens and bedrooms at a loss, we are unable to offer our usual design, installation and project management service. We recommend that you and/or your installer dismantle the ex-display item in our showroom, as this will make installation in your home easier.
Can I purchase discounted accessories?
Yes. Appliances, sinks, and taps that are not included in the ex-display price are normally available at very special prices, along with extra furniture, which can be ordered separately.
Do you offer a warranty on ex-display appliances?
Ex-display goods are not in brand-new condition; therefore, no warranty or extended warranty is available. We recommend a full inspection before purchase. If the appliance is found to be faulty, we will refund the ex-display cost in full.
